CAN I CLAIM THROUGH MY HEALTH INSURANCE?
Yes, the majority of major health insurance companies provide a rebate for both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. If you have private health insurance you may be able to claim a portion or percentage of your treatments. This is always dictated by what type of cover you have and which insurance company you’re with. It is important to check with your private health insurance company to check whether you are eligible for a rebate.
DO YOU HAVE A HICAPS FACILITY?
We have a hicaps facility onsite so that you can automatically claim on the spot and we also issue receipts with provider numbers if your private health insurance does not support the hicaps system.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
We completely understand that unexpected things can come up. To help us manage our schedule and offer appointments to others, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellation policy:
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: $50 cancellation fee applies
- Same–day cancellations or no–shows: 100% of the service fee applies
Please note that the cancellation fee will have to be paid before booking any further appointments.
